My belated condolences to the family, being out of town I just learned of Frank's passing. I knew Frank first as a student, then later as a colleague. I can only re-iterate what many others have already said, Frank was the most dedicated and caring physician that one could ever know, and he was a great teacher. He will surely be missed.

It is hard to believe that today marks one year since your passing. It feels like just yesterday you were right here with us. We celebrate your life everyday, but especially today we hold your beautiful spirit in our hearts. We celebrated you at mass this morning and gathered together to honor you and Mom. You are both in our hearts, minds and souls everyday. An abundance of love and gratitude to you both. Love, Ann Marie, John, L & T and Andrea

Due to Dr Lizzi my son, a leukemia patient, is now 46 years old. He was kind, patient, fierce in defense and utterly dedicated. We have lost a wonderful man!

for 24 years, every the holiday season I've been sending your father chocolate treats. On line, just a few moments ago, I learned that he had passed away in march. I am saddened and sorrowful for your loss. He truly saved my life as only he could do with his compassion, reassurance, caring, belief in me,and yes, his medical knowledge.I think of him everyday with a grateful heart. Debby

Dr. Frank Lizzi was an exceptional doctor and human being. There are no words to describe all of the wonderful things he did for my family. He was the epitome of what one would fantasize what a doctor would be. Besides all of the illnesses he dealt with he was never interested in his fee.Dr. Frank Lizzi not only was a great doctor but a warm caring individual. Throughout his career he always treated his patients with warmth, respect and the upmost care. Dr. Lizzi cared so much about the health of others that he would often help those who didn't have insurance. What other doctor do you know who does that? His remarkable skills were only matched by his care and respect for his patients. We will miss this amazing man, and though he is gone he will always remain in our hearts not only as our family doctor, but a part of our family.
