Lee J. ForsheyBALLSTON SPA - Lee J. Forshey, 50, passed away on Monday, April 9, 2018, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Saratoga Springs, NY on October 10, 1967. He was a graduate of Ballston Spa High School and SUNY Geneseo.Lee lived in Seattle, Washington for close to thirty years. He enjoyed spending time with his numerous friends in Seattle and considered many of them his family. He cherished his trips back home to Ballston Spa to visit his family and friends. Lee was a career coach for Pacific Associates in Seattle. He helped his clients obtain employment by writing resumes, scheduling interviews and securing employment within a short period of time. He was very proud of his 90% success rate of finding employment for his clients. Prior to working at Pacific Associates, Lee worked in the mental health field.Lee was an avid hiker, photographer and traveler. He traveled to Africa, Costa Rica and Australia over the last several years.Lee is survived by his mother Donna Hatley, father John Forshey; brothers John Forshey, Jr and his wife Patti; and Paul Forshey and his wife Guinevere; nephews Adam, Paxton and Owen; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.Relatives and friends are invited to call on Monday, April 16 from 10 am to 11am at Christ Episcopal Church, West High Street, Ballston Spa.
