To the Poirier family, please accept our condolences. Our father, Walter Taras, Sr. was best friends with his brother Orphir and that's the one I knew, which he always made me cry, but the older girls knew your dad and family. They certainly did know how to make us laugh. We know the loss you are feeling right now and just wish we could have made your dad's service but a previous serious commitment made it impossible to attend. We all called Mr. Poirier "Meo", I'm his cousin Tootie. From my heart I can say that Meo accomplished much with his talent for music, he could play the guitar like a professional. I know his family will miss him greatly as will his friends near and far. Our prayer is that the family will draw strength from God and trust in Him to be their comfort.
