We are so sorry to hear of your great loss. Your son's courage helps us all remain free.

Scott was a new MTP and I was a new IP together in Savannah. We both were learning our lots in life together in the shared misery of Kuwait. My time with Scott in 1-3 ARB was some of the greatest time in the Army. Tragic that we have lost a brother but amazing to realize all he touched in his aviation career. He will not be replaced and he will be missed by all.

I had the honor and privildge of serving with Scott over the last 8 yrs on numerous deployments and operations and can't begin to explain the impact he had on my life and career. He taught me
about humility, kindness, work ethic, and how to be the best person I could be. We didn't always agree on things but he made it a point that we always"agree to disagree" so feelings weren't hurt and that at no time we would be angry with each other. He always impressed upon me that "life was too short to hold a grudge." I will miss Scott, my friend, brother, and fellow Maintenance Test Pilot but his legacy will live on. I only hope that one day I can be half the man CW5 Scott" Skinny" Reagan was. RIP my friend I will never forget you.

Although I didn't know Skinny personally, I want you to know that I'm praying for your family. I have adopted two female soldiers through the wonderful Adopt-A-Soldier organization out of Hunter Field in GA. Thank you, Skinny and family, for your courageous service to your country. THANK YOU, all of you who made his service possible. You are all in my heart and thoughts as well as my prayers.
