She was my childhood. We will miss her greatly. She was a shinning light too all. Ready to help any one. Will remember the crab bowls on our deck Faye was always ready. Then Christmas visits at their house. Our prayers are with the family. Good bye old friend

I'm still in disbelief that Mrs. Garrett is gone, rest on my Lady. Mrs. Garrett was my first bus driver 29 years ago at Thunderbolt Elementary School bus 648.I love her then like I love now being my ex coworker, we had a inside joke that will live on for ever. Long love the Queen you did a great job preaching how important School was an getting a education. Mrs. Garrett had the cleanest bus on the road with her trademark stuff animals on her bus. The smell was excellent and no matter who she was passing on the road the had her famous wave lol. To all my ex coworker remember that beautiful smile she had. She was truly the life of the party for "The Golden Girls"at the State meeting every year. Ride on 15-24 in the sun set my friend till we meet again.
