Pam was an incredible woman personally and professionally. She was a huge inspiration to me in my career and she was the warmest, most generous person you could ever meet. Rest in peace Pam and deepest condolences to your family.

Pam was a brilliant, compassionate, loving woman with a wonderful sense of humor. Her always kind words and wisdom, were an inspiration to me. RIP Pam. My deepest condolences to Martha and Cory. She always spoke so fondly and loved you both very much. May you always cherish the wonderful memories you have of such a wonderful person. She will be greatly missed but never forgotten.

I had the pleasure of meeting Pam, due to company training. Pam was always vibrant, articulate and passionate about her work. She was never shy to speak about what's on her mind. Pam was truly a wonderful person that I had the opportunity of knowingRIP Pam.

Martha, I looked online for news of Pam, never in a million years expecting to see an obituary. Although I only worked for her briefly, I admired, respected and cared deeply about her (and you). My heart is feeling sorrow. All of you who loved her are in my prayers.

I offer my condolences to all who were involved in the life of Pam Poff. She was a professor of mine when I was attending school for my ABA-approved paralegal certification many years ago, and I just googled her to locate her/see if she would offer me advice. I 'm sorry for your respective losses. Pam was a top-notch professor. It was obvious she really knew her stuff even though I had no idea of her many wonderful accomplishments. Her panache, sense of humor and toughness were all evident in each class. She died way too young, and I hope her passing was easy. I hope it warms your heart just a little to know how highly even casual acquaintances tought of her.

Martha, I'm simply devastated. I've always been so in awe of Pam that I actually convinced myself into thinking she was invincible. I only wish that I broke that "I-can-do-it-tomorrow" inertia and actually reached out to you both more often. I've read many of the comments said about her around FB and the obit guestbook, there's a common thread that I sum to this: Seemingly without effort, she exuded every quality that makes her a beacon to all, weak and strong. She truly was a bright light in a world that seems to be getting darker each day. I pray she is at peace and that the pain of her loss quickly fades, leaving only good memories in its place. Thank you for your kind words to me, they've touched my heart and are truly consoling.

Pam's passing is a tragedy of deepest misfortune. My heartfelt sympathy to Martha and Cory. I know they loved Pam maximally and unconditionally. Among Pam's many strengths and attributes were her brilliance, sense of humor and her singular penchant for bringing people together. Her compassion and sensitivity always shined bright in all walks of her life. The world will not be the same without Pam, but I know I am joined by many when I say that I am privileged that she touched my life for 25 years.

I happened to see the obituary of Pam. She would not have known me but over the years I attended several HR programs with her as a speaker. She was always entertaining and educational. In 30 years of HR management, having attended many seminars, one in which Pam spoke was always the best. My sympathies to her loved ones
