Dear Adrienne, Liz and Paul, Jr.,

I am deeply saddened by Pauls passing. He was a friend and colleague of mine since we first practiced law together in 1987. Paul was truly one of the most outstanding bond lawyers nationally in the field of public finance. He enjoyed finding solutions to complex problems to help his clients. As his public finance tax attorney we would talk almost daily when Paul practiced in New York and Minnesota. Before speaking about business matters, Paul would talk about his trips with his beloved Adrienne and the accomplishments of his children who he was most proud. I will always remember Pauls warmth, kindness and intelligence. He will be sorely missed by all who had the pleasure and honor of knowing this wonderful gentleman.

With sincerest condolences,

Jeremy A. Spector
Princeton, New Jersey

Adrienne, Liz, and Paul Jr.,

It was with shock and great sadness that I learned of Paul's passing. This time, no doubt, is the most difficult in all of your your lives. Our heartfelt sympathies are with you.

Paul was the penultimate decent human being, gentlemen, and professional. His consistent sense of decency, the right thing to do, and wisdom over the forty years we were friends will leave a large hole in my life as well as everyone who had the privelige to know him. He set the standard.

His commitment to your family, and in particular to paying forward a sense of decency, doing things the right way, and emphasizing the value of education by supporting Adrienne in instiling those values in and supporting Liz and Paul Jr.. Is, ultimately, what it's all about, and will live long in you and your family after his passing.

This is the greatest legacy that anyone can leave.

Jack
