The Royce family is sharing the loss of our beloved Peter. Prayers and fond memories are what we have to remember him. His memory will always be cherished by the Royce's Adult and Community Education classes. May the love of family and friends comfort you during these difficult days, our most heartfelt condolences.

I am so thankful that I met Peter and became his friend, beginning in 2011. He was a great example in his selfless service to others, and he had wisdom about what makes true virtue. I am glad that he is reunited with his beloved Gilda whose hand he loved to hold.

Peter was a caring fellow artist and friend. He hosted my sister and me at a lovely home cooked dinner, and he visited me often at a gallery in City Market. We also worked as volunteers together at Hospice Savannah, Senior Citizens ( where he taught Italian) and the Telfair. Peter was a generous and loving man. Although I will miss him, I am happy he is now with his adored wife.
