Tarey Schell was a valiant supporter of people with mental health and substance abuse issues. I came to know him in 1995 when he was a board member of the Mental Health Association of Fayette County, and was impressed by his intelligence, his good humor, and the deep well of caring that he had for others. He will be sorely missed in our community. My deepest condolences to all of his family.
