Edward Charles Weber, 82, of Northridge, CA, died at home August 20, 2013, after a long battle with cancer. His family was at his side. Edward was best known for his love of family and his love of God. He served as a Eucharistic Minister for his church for many years. Edward worked in the Finance Department at General Motors for 27 years.
He is survived by his wife, Marcella; daughters, Anna Weber and Terri Kasman; son-in-law, Martin Kasman; and grandchildren, Daniel and Emily Kasman.
A Visitation will be held Sunday, August 25, 2013, between 12:30 and 2:30 p.m., at Mission Hills Catholic Mortuary, 11160 Stranwood Ave., Mission Hills, CA. Rosary at 2:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held Monday, August 26, 2013, 10:30 a.m., at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 18400 Kinzie St., Northridge, CA. Burial Services will follow at San Fernando Mission Catholic Cemetary, 11160 Stranwood Ave., Mission Hills, CA. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital or cancer charity of your choice.
