Arlene and Doug, I am truly sorry to hear the sad new about Lee. The last time I saw him was when I was about 13 or 14 years old if I remember correctly.

In reading his obituary I found it to be real interesting.

I want to tell you both, God lives and you and his family will see Lee again.

I did not know his family or meet them, this of course what happens when we live so far apart.

I want to tell you both, his family and the rest of my relatives in California, I love all of you.

"Justin" Sorry about your loss. I never got the pleasure of meeting your father, even thought we have been friends a long time. I am not sure how any words of mine could attempt to beguile you from the grief of your loss. From what i have read here it sounds like he was an Extraordinary Man whose life made a positive impact on so many Peoples life. Well We might only live once, but in the astounding life your Father we might learn 'if you do it right, once is enough.” Take Care..

You will be missed greatly by your many friends and family. This includes Mary and me, who like you, adore our three mutual granddaughters. I am saddened that we didn't get to see you in the last several years. We really enjoyed the times with you and your family. Please know that you will always be loved, respected and missed by us.

May you rest in peace.

To the Woolever family. I feel your pain for Lee made everyone feel special. He even went so far as to tell me that he thought that I was "a man's man" when in reality, it was Wooly who saved many lives and now he is looking into the eyes of his savior. RIP my friend, I miss you already....

Lee and I, years ago, both lived on boats in the Long Beach Shoreline Marina and became good friends over the years. I have wonderful memories of sailing together and great party adventures on the docks! He is one of the most genuine and kind persons I have ever known. I will always remember the great welcome "hugs" he would give to me and everyone else. My heart is heavy at his passing but he will live forever in my heart as one of the dearest people I had the opportunity to have in my life.

I am very sad to hear about Wooly, we were stationed at Bien Hoa Air Base South Vietnam in 1969, we also went on R&R to Sydney Australia, he was a great guy and we had some good times. We did meet a couple of times over the years 5 of us Vietnam bros, once in Texas and once in Las Vegas, it was like we were never seperated by 30 years. Skip Olson Lewiston Idaho (OLY)
