David Mensen Obituary
Sauk Rapids
February 17, 1951 - May 5, 2014
Memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 10, 2014 at the Bridge Community Church in Sauk Rapids for David Mensen, age 63, resident of Sauk Rapids who passed away at his home on Monday. Pastor Kirk Knudsen will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church.
David worked as a crane operator with the local 49ers for many years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and the outdoors. He loved spending time with his family and his faith was very important to him. David was a loving, caring, generous, kind and good man who left every person he encountered better for having known him. He was devoted to Katharine, his family, his faith and his many friends. We are thankful for having been blessed to know and love him.
David is survived by his loving wife of 15 years, Katharine; children, Anthony Mensen, Melissa Mensen, Timothy Mensen, Christopher Mensen, Michelle (John) Ciceron; step children, Antoine Glover and Analise Glover; 7 grandchildren; 10 brothers and 5 sisters.

Katherine, we are truly blessed to have had Dave in our lives. He was a man who always values love and friendship, and we are all better people for having him with us. Knowing this makes me smile while thinking of him. You and Dave have become a wonderful addition to our family, and we love you very much.
