Funeral Services will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud for Lonna M. Lusso-Schlangen, age 57, of St. Cloud, who passed away peacefully surrounded by family, on Saturday, November 10, 2012 at St. Benedict's Senior Community in St. Cloud. Reverend Craig Johnson will officiate. Burial will take place in North Star Cemetery in St. Cloud.
Family and friends may call from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service on Tuesday at the funeral home in St. Cloud.
Lonna was born on December 1, 1954 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Richard and Ramona (Blair) Thayer. After high school she received her Bachelor's in Criminal Justice from St. Cloud State University. She married Bernard Schlangen on June 10, 2006. Lonna was currently operating her own legal business called "Pro-Sey Legal".
She enjoyed fishing, camping and vacationing. Lonna treasured the time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Lonna is survived by her husband, Bernie; children, Vanessa (Jay) Panek of Sartell, Steve (Bonnie) Lusso of St. Paul Park, Angelina O'Mara, Darrell (Stephanie) Schlangen of Sartell Darrin (Stephanie) Schlangen of Alexandria; ten grandchildren; brother, Richard (Peggy); sisters, Terry, Wendy, Cindy, Sandra; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers.

Lonna was a great lady and will be missed very much. She was a wonderful grandmother to all her grand babies. She will always be in are hearts
