For the past two years Wava lived at The Great Shepherd Adult Family Home where she received loving care from the staff and owners. Wava was a long-time member of University United Methodist Temple. She was a Super Mom and Grandma, caring for her family and anyone who needed caring for, always ready to drop what she was doing to help. She worked for Fredrick and Nelson in alterations for years and could put everything back together as well as create anything made of fabric or leather. She was an avid walker, traveler, a basket maker, cookie baker, and gardener, famous with her family for dead-heading plants so that they would keep on producing flowers. This was the way she lived her life, taking care of everything so it would keep blooming.
Predeceased by husband, Robert C. Scott, and son, Larry A. Scott. A memorial service and celebration of life will be scheduled this summer so her far-flung grandchildren will be able to attend. A notice of the memorial will be published in this newspaper. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choice.

Your family was always very nice to me and I wanted to send my condolenses on the passing of your Mom.I remember going with your family when you first bought your property in Innis Arden. It seemed so wild and far out then. We had good times as kids. I have lived in Shoreline since 1967 and we raised our two children here also......Sincerely JIm MacDonald
