I'm so sorry to hear of his passing. He was a great man. He was our dentist when we grew up in Bainbridge Island. My father Tom Morey the inventor of the boogie board and my mother introduced my brothers and I to him.
Because of your his passion and care of people and he inspired both my parents and us kids to partake in participating in the Asian festivities. I learned to paint in Chinese because of him.
And because of his passion of teaching others and educating them about the Japanese internment camps, I grew up learning to treat everyone equally prejudice free.
