I worked with Mr. Altier @ continental can : I admired Chuck as a cut above other managers. He was a class person , a strong leader and a genuinely good guy.
Charles was such a warm and loving man.
Almost every time Allen and I came to visit my parents, who lived across the street from he and Alma, Chuck would come out and greet us. Always with a warm smile and a kind word.
He will be missed.
It gives me some consolation, that my parents will have him with them in Heaven.
Our love to you Alma,
Kathy Keever Fasen, Allen Fasen

Dear Aunt Alma and family,
I was so sorry to hear about the passing of Uncle Charles. He was a wonderful man. My mother Amy loved him and the family so much I am sure that she greeted him at the gates with a huge hug. Myself and my children Krystle and Steven always enjoyed spending time with him and Aunt Alma when we visited them in Mercer Island. I had just learned that they moved at Christmas time. My heart and prayers are with you.
Dear Ron, Michelle, and Lafe,
I was sorry to read of Ron's Father's passing, in this Morning's Seattle Times. I offer my condolences, and pray for your consolation during this time.
Dear Leslie, I am so sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Our Dear Uncle Charlie...this obituary is very lovely and so well said. He was the rock of our family. "What would Uncle Charlie do?" was a question we would ask ourselves when we had a decision or problem. Family came first. Wonderful person.
