A sad, sad news! My condolences to Jack's entire family and all relatives and friends!
Thank you, Jack, for helping bring the greatest game on Earth to our little country! Thank you for coming over again to see how we were doing and giving me the chance to finally meet up with the man I have heard so much about! Thank you for that exclusive practice session with me and Emil's two (then) young sons - three kids that still remember your advice and your smile and carry it in their hearts every time they step on the diamond!
Thank you for making us believe, thank you for encouraging us to hold on to our dream and keep playing, no matter what!
Rest in peace, Coach!

Dear Midge, I was fortunate to have met Jack and you through meetings. He was so inspiring and a great help, along with his buddy Alex, in keeping me grounded. Alita A
Jack was a great inspiration to me and so many others. His sense of humor in the face of hardship was amazing. My sincere condolences to his loved ones.
Midge: I first met Jack and you about 24 years ago. I went about 20 years from 1992-2012 without seeing him, and when I saw him about 6 months ago for the first time, it was a great day, and it seemed like we hadn't been away from one another for a long period of time. I am very happy that Jack found serenity in his life for the past 20 years. He was a very important part of GA. Midge, all the best to you.
No dead for people like Jack.He is here,he will be here forever!Thank you for all, dear Jack!Rest in peace.Courage dear Midje and family!

Not just on the baseball field
Jack Brenner's friend Emil Nassapov used to say
(not just on the baseball field)
that "the blues is the greatest music".
But we are still here on our way
trying to play our game of 'greatness'
Is it important who's gonna win today?
Because it is time for blues...
Rest in peace, Jack
It was more than 20 years ago
when a kid found on the baseball field
not just a new game, but a lot of new smiles and big HEARTS
I remember Jack, you were there!
It was not easy to grow
and now it is HARD again...
but do you know Jack,
this kid is still there on the baseball field!
New children will find our field this spring.
They will not remember those old moments,
but I hope they will feel them in their HEARTS
and Jack, I believe you will be there!
Dear Midge and family, It was privelege for us to know Jack. He will always be one of us. Farewell old friend
Coach, teammate, fellow, adviser, close family friend... There are not enough words to express what was Jack to me since we met 25 years ago in Bulgaria. I will keep his warm smile and passion in my heart forever. Rest in peace my friend!
Jack welcomed, encouraged and listened. His abscence is heavy on my heart. God's peace to his family in their loss.
The Fortune arranged for me to meet you and Midge in late 80's in Sofia and it was a crucial moment in my life. You helped as a brother, you supported as a father. I will never forget you, Jack! Rest in piece!

Jack was a regular at my Saturday am meeting. A wise, inspiring soul that I and many others will surely miss. I hope I can be as kind, graceful, and enlightened as him.
I will miss my fellow trudger.
Jack was a truly fine and generous man; I feel honored to have known him. My sympathies go out to Midge and the family for their loss.
He was such a thoughtful man - I will miss his wisdom and warm smile. I will hold you all in my heart and prayers.
I took a single course from Jack Brenner in the summer of 1975 and to this day vividly remember him as an outstanding teacher. There are thousands out here like me--what a legacy! May Jack rest in peace, and may his friendly, brilliant guidance for writers and readers live on and on.
Blessings and prayers for You Jack and your family.
Dear Folks-I was so looking forward to getting to know my new friend, Jack. He loved you all so...sad that he's taken from you.
Jack's family - so sad to hear of your loss. He was appreciated by so many people.
Dear Midge, Lise, Jessica & family,
From the plains of Colorado, to Seattle and beyond, what a life, well lived. Thinking of you all and sending my love, Patsy
Dear Midge, Lise & Jess--
Jack and you all are fresh and enduring in my memory, I grieve with you.
Dear Midge and family: Jack was an inspiration in my recovery. He never lost faith in us, and though I had several slips in GA he always supported me. It is with the greatest of sympathy that I keep you and your family in my prayers and heart. Not a day goes by that I don't think of Jack watching over all of us from heaven and it encourages me to do the right thing.
What a privilege to have gotten to know Jack. He has been a tremendous inspiration to me and others. It is so rare that one person is able to excel in so many human endeavors and also be of service to so many.
Jack - I will miss you and making that first pot of de-caf coffee for you on Saturday mornings. To Jack's loved ones - I wish you peace during this difficult time. Slater Marshall
my thoughts are with all of you. hope there are better days in the future.
Dear Midge and Jack's family, When I would see him, Jack was one of the delights of my day. He was always ready to engage in a great conversation and he was a man I could trust and be easy friends with. I am also sure he would correct the previous sentence for improper structure. :) To our mutual surprise, he and I found out a few years ago that we had actually been past neighbors in Montlake. I will miss him. Take care through this difficult time.
Dear Midge, Jess & Lise and family:
My deep sympathies to you. Fran
