We all miss you here, Uncle Jim. Give my best to Uncle Don, Uncle Jerry, Dad, Aunt Joan, Cousin Mike, 2nd Cousin Amanda, Grandma, Grandpa & the rest of the family. Love you
Halloween dances will just not be the same without you Jim.....or should I say "Pedro"? Guess you are up there cruising the Bothell-Everett Highway and Colby now. Put that top down and order a burger and a shake and we'll see you soon.
To my big brother Jimmy,
Of course I miss you and I will until we meet again in heaven!
No doubt about it since Jesus Christ Our Lord and Savior promised all of us who live for HIM and put HIM above everything in this World. Jimmy, I am in one Way, jealous,You got to see Jesus face to face before Me! One more thing, I am singing the song you said you wanted at your service. "BEAUTIFUL DREAMER". Please give Jesus a big hug for me!!!!! I love you and hope to see you soon! Diz
Dear Beatrice and Family,
We Sisters of the Holy Names send you our prayerful support at this time when Jim beings a new life in God's Presence. May you know his loving nearness often.
Jim was always kind and caring to everyone he met. Will miss his endless conversations on everything under the sun.
I always loved how Jim would greet us with a smile and give the girls a hug. He did so much to show the love of Christ to so many different people and cared so deeply for people who struggle in this life. We will miss Jim so much and will be inspired by his servant's heart for years to come.
Mr. Newlun was a very fun and kind man. When my mom was running the church clothing drive, he was there helping out. One day, he left a dime on the counter. My sisters and I, who were very young then, picked it up and took it to play with. When he returned, he saw it was gone, and playfully pretended to be shocked and astounded. This began the Dime Game, and even as recently as three months ago, he would greet us at church with: "Who took my dime?" We miss you, Jim, and we will return your dime when we see you again.
JIM YOU WERE LOVED BY MANY INCLUDING OTTO AND HILDEGARD - SE YOU IN HAVEN
It was always a pleasure to speak with Jim. He always saw the positive in everything he spoke about and went out of his way to make people feel welcomed and made people laugh. He always had a story to tell and we are glad to have know Jim!
We had only known Jim for a couple of yrs. We were always welcomed into church by his big smile, and funny little jokes, he was a very good man, and we always enjoyed him. We miss him on Sunday am, always smiling and greeting everyone. Yes We are sure Jim is in Heaven now, After all, all Angels live there!
I love you dad, and will always remember how you always supported me. You taught me that everybody is equal, and to always work hard. Right now I'm sure Amanda (his granddaughter who passed away in 1989) is having a blast with you, and you and Mike are catching up. I love and miss you dad!! SEE YOU SOON:)
A wonderful neighbor and friend has gone to heaven. We have known Jim since we moved in the neighborhood in 2008. Jim was the first neighbor to come and welcome us....he always had a story to tell, with his "whit" attached to it. We miss him and will always remember him. PS: Continue to tell your stories up there Jim...
