Mark, Gary, Lynn; I'm sorry to hear about your mother's passing. She was an elegant lady with a refined personality, kind of an interesting counterpoint to your dad--both very cool but different! I have great affection for them both. My mom was very fond of Lee in the later years (when they were both widows), and your dad was a great, great friend to my dad--coincidentally, I recently found a cache of my dad's old slides and started scanning them and came across the one I have included, I think I may have actually scanned it the day your mom died. But it shows them thoroughly enjoying each other's company, and though the technical quality sucks I do love the picture, and I'm actually kind of happy that I have this chance to share it with you. As you know my mom, dad, Judy and Doug are all gone. I'm close to Judy's kids and Wanda has a great and loving family but I tell you, I just miss them very much. I occasionally cruise the old neighborhood, and mom's house still looks pretty much as she left it. I hope you are all healthy and happy and doing well. I'm retired about four years and babysit our first grandchild two days a week. Again, you guys, my sincere condolences.
