Jerry was a very dear friend of ours. We met him as our neighbor in Missoula, Mt. some 21+ years ago. I used to take him back to his truck when he worked for Bitteroot. He then went to Watkins Shepard and by that time My Husband was driving and then I started to drive and any number of times throughout the US we would meet up with Jerry and grab a bite. He loved Sadie Mae and she an Bubba would always play. Jerry was a great friend. He will be missed even though we had lost contact since he went RVing. He has gone home now and is Resting in Peace with our Lord and Savior. We Loved you Jerry. Lucy and John
your Montana Friends.

I just heard the news about Jerry, and I am going to miss him. He had been a good friend for over twenty years. What I remember about him the most and which I will never forget, is his wit. He could always make me laugh. We took a memorable trip up through the mountains to eastern Washington and he showed me many things. I don't really know what to say here, mostly that I am going to miss talking to him on the phone and getting together with him because he was great company and lots of fun to be around. This has cast a great shadow and it will take me awhile to take it in. Goodbye, my friend, and know that you will always be in my thoughts. I will never forget you.
