Mrs.Paski has been remembered in my home for all these many years - back when (class of 58) 2 years of Home Ec was mandatory for girls and for a HS diploma.
Hugh, my partner, loves to cook and I am usually right behind him cleaning up - washing pans and utensils that he is not done with yet - Who taught us to "clean up as you go"? Mrs Paski.
She will not be forgotten - she taught us so much besides just cookin' and sewin' - many times I've wished that I still had the first apron - Oh my gosh, remember the "ham" we had to make - shaped somewhat like a football and stuffed with sawdust - used for ironing??? Most of you must be scratching your heads and thinking I'm nuts!

Sincerely, Sally Logg sallylogg@gmail.com

I admired and loved Mrs. Paski as a person and a teacher. She was such a good friend of my mother's that I considered her my friend, too. She was a great lady and I thought of her so many times over the years. Whenever Bainbridge High School came to mind, there was Lois and Tom Paski.

Oh wonderful Mrs Paski. I was a headache for her in Home Ec--burned the cocoa, couldn't do tailor tacks because my hands were always oily--etc! Today those memories are precious. Above all, she taught me that my home is to be honored.
I pray for comfort for those close to her--
With love, Carolyn Woodward, Class of 1958

Thank you Mrs. Paski for all you gave over the years to so many... including yours truly. When I'm in the kitchen or sewing I often think of my mom and of course -- you.
