Shelley was my friend from high school. I lost contact soon after, but her bright spirit and inner beauty has lived in my heart for years. To read about her beautiful life does not surprise me. She touched so many people. Not many walk through life the way Shelley did. I was blessed to know her in her lovely youth. Peace to her boys and many many friends.

Dear Adam, Troy and Hunter,We are sorry we will be unable to attend your Mother's service. In reading this beautiful obituary we realize how much we did not know about Her, but she was obviously exactly as we had pictured her! Not a trip to the beach will go by without us thinking of her and imagining her still pruning her flowers or walking Bo on the beach. Even the short time we knew her, we knew she was some special. May you find peace in your hearts as you move forward. She will always be in our hearts as well.

The obituary captured so much of the essence of this warm, intelligent, devoted, positive and caring woman. She wore many hats, and in all of them she brought empathy, enthusiasm and excellence.
Mother, wife, friend, professional, volunteer. I saw her in many of these roles, and was arrested by her energy, love and commitment. What a treasure, what a gift, what a blessing she was (and is) to so many.
Thank you Shelly for being such a wonderful friend to my family. You made an indelible imprint. You will be in our hearts forever.
God bless all the Dahls.
