I had the pleasure of working with Phil at TAB for many years. He was an outstanding leader. A man of TRUE integrity. I will never forget the story he told me when his son was drafted into the NFL. Michael pulled around in a new car and Phil was somewhat upset that he had spent his money so qucikly. Phil in his classic way was a bit upset with Michael. Michael gets out of the car.....walks up to his dad and says, "Dad...it yours!" All I can say is the ole' apple doesn't fall to far from the tree. God Bless the Croel family. Thanks for sharing your dad with us.
The Kunzel family loved Phil very much. We spent many happy times at the Santa Rosa Air Show visiting with he and his family. We will miss him.

We send our heart felt condolences to the all the Croel family for the loss of their brother, husband, dad and dear friend and our cousin as he has passed into the loving arms of our Savior, Jesus Christ! We will miss him but he is so well now with the Lord!!
Great memories of a great cousin and friend. Memories will always be with us and is great comfort to know that he is done with this life and gone to be with the Lord. Our prayers are with Sue and the family. Don and Rose Tiffany
I have fond memories of my youth adventure in the US which took me to Boston twice and through Phil and Sue across the country to many wonderful people via their references. Getting to know you was one of those experiences in which the universe works its own mysterious ways connecting people in ways no one could imagine. Both of you were at the center of a chain of fortuitous events which continues to this day. I lack of words to express my appreciation. My thoughts and prayers are with him and the family. Ingrid and Harald Köfler
Sorry to read about Phil, he has a wonderful family.

So many great memories of Phil.
He was indeed a wonderful man and we were proud to call him our cousin!
He's now in the presence of our Savior and has escaped the pain and suffering he's experienced these last several years. We send our love and sympathy to all the Croel family.
He will be missed by everyone who knew him in one of his many great roles. All the best to family and friends. Dianne
I can't imagine belonging to a family without a big brother. i was blessed to ahve 2 big brother and the both mentored me about life and love.
Phil was not only my brother but a hero to me all my life. There are several pieces of music I cannot listen to without tearing up. He was an exacting performer of great music and great 'living'. His life was a life well spent, gone too soon. He will rest in peace. I miss him.
