Philip Wetherbee Obituary
Philip married Linda Lumbert March 20, 1982, in Muir. He served in the Army during the Vietnam War and later went on to work for General Motors for 30 years until his retirement in 1996.
Philip was a big John Wayne Fan and loved Western's, especially in black and white.
He adored his family especially his grandchildren. Surviving are his wife Linda Wetherbee of Muir; children, Charles Wetherbee of Arizona, Eileen (Salvatore) Buffa of Pewamo, Allen (Emily) Wetherbee of Arizona, Chris Wetherbee and Sally Quick of Arizona, Chuck (Ashley) Wetherbee of Lowell, Aimee (John) Eastman of Lake Odessa and Stefannee (Paul) Lowery of Muir; brother Danny (Dawn) Wetherbee of Arizona; 16 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Douglas Wetherbee.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, May 27, 2015, at 2 p.m. at the Lake Funeral Home in Ionia. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 11 a.m. until the time of services. Those wishing may make memorial contributions to First Assembly of God Church. Online condolences may be made at www.lakefuneralhomes.com.
