Our family extends sympathy for the loss of your dear mother. I loved her sense of humor and that she called my mother so often to keep in touch. Mary (Ils) Birchen
My condolences to the family. I pray you find comfort in your memories and solace in the God of all comfort, and hearer of our distress and prayers. Psalms 145:18
My life has truly been blessed by knowing this wonderful lady. She touched my heart. We laughed, cried and shared experiences of life together. I am very thankful to of had the privilege of knowing Lillian. Her smile, caring ways, and hugs will all be missed very much. God took her home to be with her loved ones that went on before her. She will be remembered forever. May God's peace be with each one of her children and family members as you go through this time. Hold her close in your hearts and thoughts. She is always with you.
God Bless you all at this difficult time. A beautiful woman who I never met, yet felt I knew through the loving story's told to me by my dear friends, Charlie & Marjean. I look forward to her being our "Camp Counselor" someday. Love to you all.
To all of Lillian's family and friends:
Where do I begin? Lillian was one of our first residents at Cedar Bay and what a blessing that was! She was like our welcoming committee when a new person moved in and helped to make many feel right at home when they arrived. I will so very much miss the personal time I shared with Lillian reading the daily devotions to her. I learned a lot from her during those few minutes we shared together almost every day. I saw two butterflies today so I know in my heart she is in heaven with her husband, son John, and Nellie girl! I am truly blessed to have known such an inspiring woman and thank you, her family, for allowing me to get to know the wonderful woman she was!
