I WORKED WITH MEGIE AT THE COMMUNITY HALL WHEN I WAS IN 8 THROUGH 10 GRADE AND SHE WAS A KIND LADY AND NEVER HAD A BAD WORD FOR ANY OF US GIRLS. I WILL MISS HER DEARLY. SHE HAS ALWAYS BEEN A GOOD FRIEND.
A message to the Simon family expressing our sincere sympathy in losing a lovely, kind lady. She had been our neighbor prior to her moving to the Villa and was a very hard worker! She made the best food at the Community Hall for many years. Rest in peace now, Remegia! You're home now!
I use to work with Midge at the Community Hall. I will never forget the time she hollered at me, something about the chicken, and I gave her look and she cracked! I never saw her smile so big and chuckle (and shaking her head)!
She was a very king, nice lady.
My sympathy to the family.
I have so many memories of Megie, as we called her, from when I was growing up. Megie used to work with my grandma, Lucille Wagner, at the Community Hall and they were friends until my grandma passed away in 1981. Megie used to come over and "set" my grandma's hair and they would talk and laugh the whole time. Megie also hosted my mom's bridal shower. We used visit Megie at the farm, and even at the "new" house. She was a sweet and kind lady and will be missed! My sympathies to all who loved her.
