I'm sorry to hear of your loss. I remember Mary during my time at The Sun and did a great job! God Bless!

My sympathies to Mary's family, friends and co-workers. I was lucky to work with her for a few years, and she was a radiant, inspiring, kind person and a committed and creative journalist. Her passing is a true loss to The Sun and the community.

To the Corey Family - I went to Dulaney and played field hockey with Mary. Although that was a long time ago, I still remember how determined she was in high school...so smart...so driven...may she rest in peace.

How awful this news is. I'm stunned and so sorry to hear it. Though I hadn't seen Mary in about 20 years, I remember her well. What a wonderful, talented woman. My condolences to her family and friends for the loss of this bright light in their lives.

So sorry about the passing of Mary due to Breast Cancer. My late Mother was also a victim of Breast Cancer.

To Mary's family please accept my deepest sympathy and hopefully some day this awful disease will be cured.

With deepest sympathy,

Norman Solow

I knew Mary in her high school years. She was very smart with a quiet determination about her that earned her much respect and many friends. I was not surprised to learn that Mary had earned a coveted spot as an intern with The Sun during college. I was equally thrilled for her (but again - not surprised!) when she rose through the ranks to earn the top editorial post there. You'll be missed by many, Mary.

I am sorry for your loss. She seemed like such a sweetheart. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you during your time of grief. God cares for you and will help you during your time of need. ( Psalms 121:2)
