So sorry, I just found out of Danny's passing. He was my first roommate at Northwestern when I was a "wet behind the ears" freshman and he a LSU transfer with many friends and great stories. I have five sibling brothers and for awhile there he was the 6th. I didn't graduate but went to Vietnam. We would see each other occasionally at 1st Methodist but I would see him in the choir every Sunday. He was a great friend.........Danny Triplett

I met Danny when I worked at the courthouse. There was never a day that Danny did not have a smile on his face. I enjoyed our conversations over lunch at Julie Anne's on occasions. He was a true person...what you saw is what you got. Heaven received an awesome angel

Dear Family of Danny Scarborough. I met Danny in the choir at FUMC. He reached out as a friend, inviting me to dinner at Southfield Grill. He always engaged in meaningful conversation every choir practice. I was a transient member of the choir and church while assigned to Barksdale AFB, I didn't have many friends, but Danny reached out and that really meant a lot to me. I still watch the FUMC services online and noticed his smile and white hair were missing from the choir. That's when I discovered his passing. My sincere condolences to all of his family. I trust you will be comforted in the knowledge of what he meant to this one individual and many many others, I'm sure... and that he now rests in the arms the Almighty.
Sincerely -
