just learned today of Vicki's passing. I knew her in the late 90's from working at New Life Christian Academy. She was a sweet, gracious lady with a passion for God and always had a smile.
I knew Vicki at All Saints in Vicksburg, Miss. Even though she was an Angel and I was a Devil, there was a friendship that I will never forget. God Bless Vicki and all of the Westbrooks.
May the peace of God be with you.
May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.
My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time.
Mrs. Vicki was very special and brightened the lives of all she touched. I appreciated her help at Evangel.
I look forward to seeing her again, in heaven.

Vicki was my friend of more than 40 years. We met at All Saints' in 1968 and have remained friends all these years. It takes a very special person to maintain a 40 year friendship. All of her Saints' Sisters will miss her!
Vicki, I will miss you so much and your visits to Denham Springs and Walker. It was an honor knowing you. Thank you for bringing me to the Benny Hinn Crusade in Shreveport. love always, carol pellegrin
Mrs. Vicki was one of my supporters and friends in my missionary work the past few years. She prayed and supported God's work among the world. I always enjoyed talking with her and her sister at church. She was such a beautiful woman of prayer and of love. I know all around her could sense the sweetness of God when in her company. She left a mark on people and she will be remembered as a wonderful woman of God.
I met Vicki while I was working in the athletic dept. @ Evangel. She always had a smile and was so friendly. Sorry for your loss and my prayers are with the family.
My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Horton, Westbrook and Hamilton family for the loss of Vicki. May she rest in peace. With love,Sally Dykes Smith
