To all members of the family, we are sorry for the loss of "Doc" Haley. Besides your parents, we all have people in our lives that we looked up to and respected. Doc Haley was one of those people for me. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dr. Haley was a legendary figure to me. He attended Northwestern a few years ahead of me and the faculty and community still speak of him. I served on the BPSB and his presence and leadership was highly regarded by all. I also served in the Army Reserves and he was in an adjacent unit and I admired his strength and leadership. I was raised in Shongaloo,LA and my high school had a very good basketball team but somewhere in a town called Belmont there was a team led by the Haley Brothers which was always the team to beat. With Pam by his side, Dr. Phillip Haley will always be remembered as an extra ordinary man. My memories of him will always be treasured. Dr. Haley, thank you for the life you lived and thank you for your service to our Country.

Sid and Family, I am so sorry for the loss of your Father. For so many of us he was a strong, respected presence in our lives for so many years. I can still picture him in the halls of Cope and Airline, this city will certainly have a void left with him gone. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing him with your friends and so many other for so many years. Prayers for your family during this time and through the holiday season.
