Do not stand at my
grave and weep
I am not here
I do not sleep
I am one of a thousand
winds that blow
I am the diamond glint
on fresh fallen snow
Do not stand at my
grave and cry I am not here
I did not die.

REJOICE!!! I am home.
God bless you Cliff.

So sorry to read the passing of Mr. Holterman. Holtermans delivered to my home in West Brighton as a child. They were the best.
He's left a legacy and a proud icon of Staten Island.

My heart is broken for this wonderful family! We lived across the field from the Holterman's, on Ardsley Street. ( The Evensen family) I went to school with Craig. I have so many wonderful memories of the bakery truck coming to our home and even going to the bakery to taste their delicious baked goods! My condolences to you all! Prayers sent your way.
Warmly,
Nancy Evensen Kobel

I worked in Holtermans Bakery in the early to mid 80s washing pans way in back then coming up to roll pastries at night at the big table. Al would always lightheartedly break my chops with Jeff sarcastically laughing in the background. It was a wonderful time on SI and wonderful time for me in my life. We had a lot of kids in the neighborhood working there and Cliff and Al were the center of it all. Cliff was humble, kind, gracious and of course very smart. As a young kid you could learn a lot about dedication, hard work and loyalty just being around the Holterman's and of course, Cliff. I can remember his voice and laugh as if it were right in front of me. Rest In Peace my friend, Rest In Peace.
