Our family was so sad to hear of Mrs. Gritz's passing. We lived across the street for many years and Mrs. Gritz was always so sweet and kind. I remember all the fun times at their house and especially the yummy bagels. Be at peace.

Mrs. Gritz was so important to my children lives. She taught my son and daughter and it was a wonderful experience. Especially the recitals. We will never ever forget her. My son still plays the piano. Now he plays with his daughter who are now taking piano lessons. God Bless Mrs. Gritz.....We so enjoyed going to NY where the children played and were scored their ability. It was such a wonderful experience....

Marylyn taught me piano when I decided to learn as an older person after I retired. She was a very lovely and caring person and a wonderful teacher. I will always remember her with fondness.

Above all, Marilyn will be fondly remembered by the thousands of her pupils as the quintessential teacher- a master of piano and art combined with her innate ability as a therapist for all whose lives she touched. She will be greatly missed by her loving family, friends and community.
