Prudence, we are so sorry to hear of your aunts passing. You all have our deepest sympathies. But by now I am fairly sure my mother (Kitty) has created a Arrochar Friendship Club "North" where they will have a welcome home party for her! May your happy memories carry you through! With Love Michael & Doreen Mckenna Powers.

Sarah and I have been friends since our teens. Our families knew each other very well.
Whenever I or anyone would stop in to visit, there was always something to eat or drink and fresh coffee was brewing to exactly 6 or 7 minutes. Everyone was made very welcome and we would go for rides in her car, go to atlantic city or just hang out. There was always someone there and her home was like a way station. Everyone was welcome. When her great nephews would come over, the first thing Sarah said was "what would you like to eat?" If need be she would get in her car and pick up what they ordered or have it delivered. She and her sister Millie were so very close. They were always together. When Millie passed away there was a great void in Sarah' s heart. Sarah really loved her whole family and she never said no to anyone of them. Sarah had a very generous soul. I will miss my friend.
