A note to Michael Fowler... Michael, I am sorry to hear about the death of your Aunt. I just found out about it in Time Magazine's Year in Review. I haven't spoken to you since 1961 in the library at McClure Elementary School, just before moving to southern California - and hope your life has been a good one! Drop me a line at HBLeeda@aol.com

I served in the U.S. Navy from 1950 thru 1954, and Patti Page was always a favorite of mine. I remember as a teenager when she came out with Confess, With My Eyes Wide Open I'm Dreaming and so many more. I did get a chance to see Patti back in the early 80's when she appeared in Hackensack, NJ as she came out into the audience I had a chance to say "Miss Page you were always my favorite." I know she must be entertaining God, the Saints and all the Angels in Heaven. Jack Joyce Spring Hill, Fl

I grew up listening to Patti Page and will miss her terribly, but will know she will be singing at the right hand of our father and I hope this will comfort her family and friends. She was so good to our military when I was in the Air Force and never was n a hurry to not have time for pictures and all God Bless her Shes an Angel who will be missed.
