Ethan was a good and loyal friend. I think my best memory of him will be from the chili parties at the bookstore. Some time during the evening, Ethan would find his way to the chili pot where he had a great time serving our guests second and third helpings of Bob's Famous Chili. He didn't have to, but I believe it was his way of helping out and also it made him more comfortable to be busy. Ethan was up for any adventure including trips to Virden for lunch or a quick visit. I am glad to have known him
