Gonna miss ya Ed, today is gonna be a very heartbreaking day for all of us!! Condolences go out to the family and friends!
My heart goes out to Marilyn and to Ed's family during this time of great loss.
I will cherish my memories of Ed's kindness and his concern for friends; I was lucky to be counted among the recipients of both.
I know I shall always smile in fond memory of him whenever I see an iron wheel since Ed would have wanted to ad it to his collection.
Just wanted to drop by m say i love n miss you gpa eddie
To Ms. Marilyn and all of Ed's family, from our family to yours, we can only say how sorry we are and wish that Ed could have been here in person for so many more years of the happenings at A.B.A.T.E.'s Lincoln Land Chapter; he now has the best seat in the house! The level of appreciation for the years of Ed and Ms. Marilyn's service to this local chapter and to the chapter's Downed Riders Benefit cannot even be expressed and none of it would hardly even exist today if it wasn't for those many years of support, and the show goes on knowing the shoes to fill. The list of his accomplishments and involvement in oraganizations across the board are just a testament to his greatness.
We send our love and peace to Ms. Marilyn and all of his family affected by his loss .
May he rest in peace.
A.B.A.T.E. of Illinois, Inc.

Sorry for your loss. Thank you for your service Ed. He will be missed by all of the organizations he was a member of. Enjoyed talking to him at Buckhart over a beer.
My dad and Ed were friends for 50 years. Although I did not see him very often, he had quite a presence in my life. My dad would always summarize their latest conversations and tell me of the latest crazy thing Ed had purchased or gotten interested in. I always received thoughtful cards and tokens from Ed on special occasions throughout my life. Thanks to him I have proudly been a lifetime member of the NRA from the time I was born. He was by far one of the most interesting people I have ever known. I will greatly miss hearing about his adventures but am sure he is now enjoying the greatest adventure yet. He will be extremely missed and truly irreplaceable.
I'm so sorry to hear of your loss, Anne. You are in my prayers.
