A GOOD guy, kind, humble, though very smart and hardworking. He blessed his family and they blessed him, that's how Life is to be lived for the Master.
I am indeed surprised and saddened to learn of the passing of Keith Taylor. I remember him well from our days working for Attorney General Neil Hartigan's Office. I always appreciated his good advice. My sympathy to Debby and his family. I believe I have at least one picture of he and I from our days at the AG's office. If any of his family members would like to have it, I may be reached at MrDiegoAlvarado@aol.com.
Debby and Family
I have many fond memories
of Keith, and all of the Hartigan
Team. As my immediate boss
during those Hartigan years, Keith always showed me great insight into State government
and respect for the Office and the people we served. I have great memories of his unwavering devotion to the San Fransico Giants and the
Cards v Giants playoff game
in St. Louis when Keith proudly
wore his Giants jacket in a sea of Cardinal red! I never met anyone who spoke negatively of Keith and that is a testament in the Dog eat Dog political world we live in. Good Bye Keith. Sleep well, until we meet again.
Our condolences to Debby and all of Keith's family at the great loss of such a wonderful person. So glad he got to enjoy his first grandchild before he passed away.
I remember Keith starting with the Hartigan campaigns for governor. He was smart, always fair and a hard worker. Just the kind of public servant that Democrats needed to run an effective and efficient government. My sincerest sympathies go out to his family. Keith Taylor was a great American

I was saddened to learn of Keith's death. He was a good man, committed to making government work and also a lot of fun to be around. Please accept my condolences on your loss and know that you will be in my thoughts and prayers. John
May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.
Debby and Family
My wife and I are sorry to hear about Keith's passing. I had great respect for Keith when he was the director of regional office's during Hartigan. I have several memories of Keith coming to Southern Illinois and attending a parade or an event. One time I really remember is the time Keith came with the two boys. My wife watched the boys while Keith and I went to an event. Let me just say my wife and I were well enlightened about the Taylor after that visit.
I worked with Keith at the Comptrollers office, he recognized my efforts and I have always appreciated that. My sympathies to your family.
I was saddened and surprised to hear that Keith had passed as I was unaware that he was sick. We had some good times and some tough times at the AG's office but we were always a team at the the end of the day. I have a couple of fun pictures from those old days that I would be happy to share with you if you give me an Email address. You can contact me at email@example.com
Dear Deb and family of Keith Taylor:
I cannot find adequate words to express the amount of respect that I had for Keith as a boss, a colleague and an operator in a business that requires honor, tact and a belief that one individual can make a difference. Keith had all of that and more, and those who had the pleasure to serve under him and work with him in government and campaigns are all the better for the experience, and much poorer that we don't have him as a resource, or to simply talk to about baseball and politics. Keith's battle is over, but he lives on in his family and in everyone who had the pleasure to call him a friend. Good-bye pal, I hope to see you again some day.
Debbie and family: I am so sorry for your loss. He is now in no more pain. May that comfort you during these difficult days ahead
My thoughts and prayers go out to you at this time. I very much enjoyed talking to Keith at the SHS reunion last September. He will be missed and loved by all.
Debby & Family:
Sorry to hear about Keith's passing. He was an incredibly smart guy committed to all of the good things about government. His quirks about hot cars and the SF Giants made me laugh. He will certainly be missed and my thoughts and prayers are with you.
Thoughts and prayers for you and your family at this difficult time. I know words can't begin to comfort you at this time, but remember how much you and Keith are loved.
I am so, so sorry for your loss. Your heart (as well as your children's) must be broken. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
So sorry to hear about Keith. He was my cousin. Got to see him at our class reunion. Sorry I didn't get to meet Debby. May God be with you and comfort you and your family.

I enjoyed Keith's counsel many times in my life. He was a good boss and a good man. He cared about public service for all the right reasons and it made me feel good to be associated with him and his work.
My family has my deepest sympathy. I know he will be missed by everyone who knew him.
I worked with Keith in the Office of Accounting and Revenue for the Sec of State back in 1978, our friendship has lasted for many years. I would often see him at many political functions and we would pick up were we left off years ago, He will join our boss John L. Cain and watch over us all. RIP Keith....

To the family of Keith Taylor:
The world has lost an excellent public servant and an outstanding Democrat. I had the pleasure of interacting with Keith in all of his jobs in state government. However, my best interaction with him was when I served as the Democratic precinct committewoman in Capitol 112 when he and his family lived on State Street. He took me under his wings and made me the committeewoman I am today.
Keith will be truly missed. However he will live on through his family, friends and deeds.
I give my heartfelt condolences to the entire family of Keith Taylor. My prayer and hope for your family, is that you may find some measure of solace in the binding love you have had together and for each other. May you find strength in the smallest and most loving of treasured moments and memories you hold. May you find some measure of peace in the grace of God during your time of sorrow.
Uncle Ketsie, I will miss you teasing me about the FL Gators and talking politics. I find peace in knowing you are in a place free of pain and you will be watching over my cousins and their children as my mom watches over her children and grandchildren. Love Dana
Keith was my supervisor for ten years. He was, at all times, fair-minded, understanding, respectful, loyal and judicious. He also conducted business in an honorable and ethical fashion, no small task in the world of politics. We last spoke a few months back, rattling off names of Washington Senators baseball players from the 1960s, recalling with wry laughter antics by LBJ and JFK, and wishing there were more Grace Kellys and Ava Gardners on the silver screen today. What a wonderful man he was. God bless you, Keith.
Brodie, I am so sorry for your loss. My prayers are with you and your family.
My Prayers Are With You.
Dear Deb, Dan and Taylor family,
It is with a heavy heart that I offer my most sincere condolences on the passing of Keith. If I ask myself who could care for animals and the San Francisco Giants more than I, the obvious answer could only be Keith. I will always be grateful for the many interactions we shared with his pets and the stories he shared with me about living as a Giants fan. Peace be with all of you.
I am saddened to hear of Keith's passing. We were neighbors years ago on Fayette Ave. Many enjoyable hours were spent discussing sports and other trivia. My condolences to Keith's family .
