Jeffrey Cerar was the founding pastor of Light of Christ Anglican Church in Heathsville, VA. He was the perfect pastor-teacher, wise, courageous, gentle, patient and full of the Holy Spirit. He had a profoundly edifying effect on my life. Now he is experiencing the joy of being in the presence of his Lord, Jesus Christ. See you there someday, Jeff!

Jeff was my boss in Washington, DC. He was the best guy to work with and I have such wonderful memories of our time together. May the memories of Jeff be happy.

Jeff will be remembered by us as the son of Col. Paul R. Cerar, Retired and wife Eileen Womack Cerar. They lived on several military bases while Jeff was growing up and then he attended universities in the East. Jeff and his parents visited in Carlinville every summer until he was grown. He always had a smile.
