Michael, Thank you. My condolences to the entire Aiello family. I remember Sep 17 1944 like it was yesterday. It was a Sunday. On that day the US Army liberated us. I lived in The Netherlands at that time. "Market Garden" began on that day. I emigrated in 1958 to the US.
The best thing I ever did. Thank God and the United States for a beautiful life.
Michael and the many other GI's, in a way, made that possible. J. H. Caubo, Utah.
