Linda Susan Sutherland 1953 - 2017
Springfield, IL—Linda Susan , 64, of Springfield, died on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at Memorial Medical Center. She was born March 20, 1953 in Springfield, to Albert M. and Mary M. (Buraski) Trello, Sr. She married Robert E. Sutherland on December 26, 1981 and he survives.
Also surviving are her children, J.P. (Alecia) Graham of Cedar Rapids, IA, Timothy A. (Nicole) Graham and Mary (Mike) Jameson both of Springfield; seven grandchildren, Aspen, Lucy, Garrett and Lowell Graham, and Brody, Rylin and Hadley Jameson and one brother, Albert (Holly) Trello, Jr.
Her parents preceded her in death.
Linda was of the catholic faith. She worked for the State of Illinois. She enjoyed landscaping her yard; spending time with her grandkids and was a fan of the Chicago Sports teams.
Visitation: 4-7 p.m., Monday, October 23, 2017 at Staab Funeral Home, Springfield.
Funeral Service: 10 a.m., Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at Staab Funeral Home with Monsignor David Lantz officiating. Burial will be at Camp Butler National Cemetery at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or The Arthritis National Research Foundation.

Linda,my dear ole friend YOU will be sadly missed by a great many people whose lives YOU have touched by one means or another on a daily basis!!...I began my working career working with you at a company called EDS from Texas owned by Ross Periot...you were friends with everyone it seems and everyone knew you and liked you..our children were small at that time so we always had stories about them to tell each other and lots of pictures of them to pass around at break and talk about them. Linda you are going to be SO VERY much missed!!..You were just to young lady to leave us behind!!....

Lincoln Tower Apartment residents are visited daily by Linda's husband, Bob. In this hard time we would like to extend our deepest sympathies to Bob and the rest of the family.

I worked with Linda at Franklin Life several years ago. She was a great person who talked about her family with lots of pride. My deepest sympathy. I pray your many memories will comfort you all and bring you peace.
