The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to the team at Skagit Hospice for their excellent care of Eugene during his illness, and also to the entire staff at Mountain Glen Retirement Center for their watchful and concerned care also. No one could ask for better professionals from either agency to care for their loved ones, making them comfortable during their last days. Thank you again so very much.

I remember fishing with grandpa, and picking wild berries. Such happy memories. I remember his laugh, his love, his integrity and his devotion to God. He demonstrated what it is to be the best of men. I miss him and grandma and will remember them always with love.

My dad will be forever the greatest Christian influence on my life. Not only did he welcome me as an adopted child, but prayed for me daily. His unconditional love and prayer life was a great model. I will miss knowing he was praying for me every day.

Such a loving caring wonderful husband, father, grandfather and uncle. That was my dad. He always said that you were born with the knowledge of right and wrong and to always choose the right way. Thank you, Dad. My memories will last forever and I will never forget you.
