Loved husband to Beryl (Ruth). Father to John and Amanda. Grandfather to Alessandro and Angelica. Brother to Darrell, Noelene, Joseph and Dr. Victor Fazio (all deceased). Eldest son of the late Victor Warren Fazio and Jean Nelson (Kelly).
