My heartfelt sympathies to the family during this difficult time...May your fondest memories bring you joy and may prayers to the God of all comfort strengthen you.
He promises, "I have heard your prayer. I have seen your tears. I am healing you."

Knowing Jim has been a blessing. May God comfort you during this time of grief. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

To the Aanestad family,

Jim was truly a valued leader and mentor at the Census Bureau. Always helpful, always kind, and always smiling he welcomed everyone as equals in the now defunct Business Division. Jim as an ADC, was never to busy to say "hi", ask how you were doing and support projects you worked on. Everyone knew about his love for wife and children, looking numerous family photos and hearing anecdotes about his travels. A true, true gentleman who loved people. It was an honor and a privilege to know him and work with him. My deepest sympathies.
