Bryan Edward Basham May 10, 1953 - April 26, 2014 SOUTH BEND - Bryan Edward Basham, 60, of South Bend, passed away at 10:41 pm. Saturday, April 26, 2014 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center. He was born on May 10, 1953 in Niles, MI, to William & Mildred (Moore) Basham. On April 30, 1994 in Wyatt, IN, he married Rachel Kronewitter; she survives. Also surviving are his mother, Mildred Clapham of TN, 1 son, Justin (Kristen) Basham of Walkerton, 2 brothers, Thomas (Verna) Basham of TN, & Dennis (Jean) Basham of TN, 2 sisters, Sharron (Calvin) Lewis of Elkhart, & Shirley Martenson of Cassopolis, MI, 3 grandchildren, Joshua Basham, Jordan Basham, & Jared Basham, all of Walkerton and his beloved dog, Sophie. He was preceded in death by his father, William Basham. A private family memorial service has already been held. Bryan worked as an over the road truck driver for several different trucking companies. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing and loved his dogs. Elkhart Cremation Services is entrusted with his arrangements.
