Went with Mom and Tam, to take flowers and a flag to the National Cemetary this Vet's Day. It was a beautiful day in the high seventies with a flag waving breeze off the gulf of Mexico, blue blue skies, music in the air, and Dad under the shadow of a white cross, amid a sea of white crosses. We miss you, we love you, forever.

Miss you Dad! I cried tonight thinking of you. Time does not heal all wounds. Love you, your son.

Happy New Year! Everybody says it, but who really thinks it's gonna be any better than the last? Well as just plain lousy as this past year was, chances are pretty good for a better year ahead. Unless of course we get involved in some fool war. Or maybe get hit by a passing meteorite. Or maybe the planet will finally have had enough of our abuse, and just go all apocolyptic on us. I have high hopes for 2014, don't know why, I guess just becsuse 2013 sucked so bad. So I'm gonna try to be the glass is half full dude, then I'll trip and spill it. Well lets all get along black, white, yellow, brown, gay, straight, christian, catholic, muslim, jewish, athiest. The only ones who know the truth are like my Dad, someday we will all know, until that time let's just get along. Love ya.

We didn't send any Chritmas cards this year, first time. It just didn't feel right. Just wanted to wish all those who loved Dad a very Merry Chritmas and a much better new year. Peace & Love.

Merry Christmas Dad! Tam and I and Bailey spent Christmas Eve with Mom, played Phase 10, I won. Going to your house for Christmas, will miss you sooo much. I guess Elvis said it best, gonna have a blue blue Christmas without you. Love you forever.
