Mr. T, as we all called him, was a special person in my life. He was my principal back in the middle 70's and he also hired me into Jefferson when it was an elementary school ten years ago. My name is Donna Lewis-Jones and Mr. T was more than just a principal, he'd look out for you in any way if he could. If it wasn't for Mr. T. I wouldn't have all the memories of my wedding or family gatherings because I was just starting out and he knew that I didn't have much, after he found out that I was getting married and didn't have a video camera, he offered to lend me his. You see Mr. T. goes way out and beyond the call of duty. He'll be missed so badly, we all enjoyed him here, now it's time for the angels up above to have their share. Rest well in peace.

Love,
Donna Lewis-Jones

Mr.T, as he was affectionately called by his "kids" will be sorely missed. My grandchildren had the honor of having him as their principal and their friend. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his wife Nan, and their family.......Dawn

To Mr. T's Family,
Our lives have come in contact with Mr. T and Nan through our children, teaching K with Nan at Brown El., and working with Mr. T at Monroe for 3 years. You both have always been very supportive, setting a great example for dedication and involvement with students, compassion for others, and wisdom. Our hearts go out to your family at this very difficult time. The community has lost a great leader and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Mr. T was so proud of his children and grandchildren!!! He will be greatly missed.

Mrs. T,

Words can not express how I feel about the role you and Mr. T played in my life. I know that I am a better person because of two wonderful teachers who really cared like the two of you. God Bless and keep you and your children. I will truly miss seeing Mr. T. running this summer.

Nan,
We were very upset that we could not pay our repects to Mark, but we understood that they had to close the doors early. Mark is really going to be missed not only by the friends who knew him but also by the young students who will never have the chance to meet such a fine, gentle and devoted educator. I am glad I had the chance resently to visit with you both over breakfast. You and your family are in our hearts and prayers. We are proud that we had the opportunity to know you both while at LaSalle and I know that Jamie and AJ too are PROUD to HAVE known Mark and also to have the opportunity to work with you both as well. All our love,
Jim and Cheryl Nowicki
