I was so sorry to hear about Nick, I was on the train, on my way home when my sister Kelly emailed me to tell me that she had heard that he was killed. Niether of us could believe it. It is so hard to believe that something so horrible could happen to a good person like Nick.

Both Kelly and I attended school with Nick. He was a kind, funny person that never had an ill word to say about anyone. In high school Nick's mother was my English teacher.

My deepest sympathies go out to his mother and family. I am sorry for your loss.

To the Polizzotto family-
I went to school with Nick at Lasalle 1988-89. I think we were in Mr. Guikema's algebra class together. I am so sorry to hear of his death. We had lost touch since high school but I remember him being a really nice guy.

Be Still

Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.

Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.

If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.
