To my Brother who was my brother before becoming my brother in law. To hear the words "ello Love" Shall I make you a tea. Were the lovely words spoken from the heart of Liz. She came into your life creating a musical love affair that will last a lifetime. Together the two of you lived life to the fullest. Truly living as one. Her early departure brings sadness to us all. She has left a foot print on everyone's heart she has touched in so many ways. From her master gardening skills to living the true meaning of farm to table. She was an excellent culinarian with the utmost talent for taste and presentation of varied cuisines. May God bless her and welcome her to his culinary extravaganza. My prayers are with you and your extended family across the pond. Until you meet again. Cheers to you all !With a saddened heart.Elwood (Colleen's Husband)

Auntie Liz... There are not enough words to describe how great Auntie Liz was. She was such a sweet, caring, loving, and wonderful person. It was so nice to see that Uncle Val met his perfect person. I'm so glad that she got to meet her nephew, Abrym. Auntie Liz will always be our hearts.

Love,
Bryan, Chanel, & Abrym

I had the privilege of knowing Liz since she came back to the States to live her life to its end with her soulmate Val. Dignity and strength are the words that come to mind when thinking of her. Of course gardening was a part of who she was and she truly was a flower in life's garden. I will always carry the memory of her in my heart. Rest in peace old girl, and to quote your last words to me "I'll see you again"!

Liz…WOW, what can I say.
She was the most inspiring, courageous and knowledgeable person I know. I will miss her encouragement, support, advice and love. Oh yes, and the weekly phone calls she made sure Val would make. Liz made such an impact in my life that I will be forever grateful. She was amazing. Liz and Val had a magical relationship that very few people experience. Liz was a true sister to me and I will carry her in my heart forever. I want to thank you Val for sharing your “Queen” with us.
Liz was …LOVELY.

Lizzy, you were the best friend I could ever have wished for. You got me through so many different stages of my life where we laughed, cried and sometimes (not often!)argued. You gave me great advice, unconditional friendship and made me a better man, which I am eternally gratefull. You can never be replaced and I miss you and our chats from afar. My solace comes from the fact that you found a great man in Val and spent many happy years with him. I miss you Liz and give my condolences to all your family. Rest in peace...I will never forget you. Lots of love Mark xxxx

It is hard to put into words the joy and peace that Liz brought to Val's life and to ours. She was such a sweet and creative soul and I know now she soars with the angels now. I will be forever grateful for her gardening and food tips along with her love music. These and many more things made Val and Liz the perfect couple. We will cherish the times we had together and I look forward to that day when we all meet again in GOD'S garden, where Liz will show us all that she has grown. God Bless Liz, until we meet again. All our love Vince & Julie and the family.
