Kim, Jay, Mark, Dana, and your families, we were so sorry to learn of the recent loss of your mom....she was the sweetest lady. She had the type of presence that immediately put one at ease. We will always remember how welcome she made us feel. Both of your parents were fine people and they were enormously proud of you all; that was their true joy in life. We were sorry that we only just now learned of your loss. We were out of town over the weekend, got in late this morning, and while catching up with the weekend newspapers, learned of your mom's passing. We're sorry that we could not give our condolences in person, but please know that this written message is no less sincere in wishing you all peace and comfort. May the memories of your dear mother's love and caring sustain you all in the days to come...
