Dr. Lamar was my doctor when I was a child. Had fond memories, as fond as a sick child seeing a doctor, of him. He will be missed.

When we moved to Salem County, we needed a pediatrician. Someone recommend Dr. Lamar. I was always so thankful that they did. He was a down to earth country kind of doctor who cared about his patients. For a first time mom, his morning calling hour was just what I needed. He would always put my mind at ease. Please know that my sympathies are with the family.

Our sincere sympathy to the family of Dr. LaMar. What a grand doctor he was when my children were babies and on through their teens. Many a time I had to call him in the middle of the night with a croupy son. He never lost patience. Dr. LaMar was truly a doctor at heart with not only "book learnin" but a doctor with common sense. Thank you for sharing him with those of us who needed his wisdom. May God bless you his family.

To the LaMar family,
My son & step daughter both went to Dr. LaMar until they were too old and he told them they needed to go to an adult doctor now. All I could do was laugh. They were not happy but had to move on..He was very kind and took good care of them. He was the best of the best. May your life time of memories help you through this
